This year's Lakes Collective outdoor installation is now available to look at and experience in Rydal Hall's enclosed formal gardens designed by Thomas Hayton Mawson (1861-1933) in 1911. It's the perfect location for a collaborative
art and craft installation inspired by the thrill and discovery of Lewis Caroll's Alice in Wonderland story.

The installation was set up on 1st May 2016 and will run until June 12th. During the last week the
garden will be hosting a picnic and party in celebration of the Queen's 90th
birthday.
The theatre group 'Mystical
Magical Events' will be performing an 'Alice Experience' in the formal
gardens during the last May bank holiday weekend to make
the most use of the backdrop we will be providing.
